Who We Are
The Authority is managed by a Board of Trustees, which consists of seven members, plus up to two co-opted board members with financial expertise, who can be appointed by the Board from time to time as required.
Every two years the Board is subject to an election, appointment or re-appointment of various members. Two trustees are nominated by the Local Government Association of South Australia (LGA), one trustee is the CEO of the LGA, two members are elected by councils, one trustee is appointed by the Treasurer and the other is the Minister’s representative. We currently have one co-opted board member.
